
The third edition of The Himalayan Fellowship for Creative Practitioners, a year-long programme for creative practices rooted in the cultures, ecologies, and communities of the Indian Himalayan Region. Selected practitioners will receive up to ₹3 Lakh in project funding alongside structured mentorship, workshops, interactive sessions, and opportunities for dissemination and exhibition.
Presented in collaboration with Royal Enfield, the Fellowship welcomes proposals across all artistic mediums — from painting, sculpture, sound and image-based practices, performance and installation to writing, oral history, design and community-engaged work — that respond to cultural and ecological urgencies, explore traditional knowledge systems, and foreground sustainable, site-specific methods of collaboration with local communities.
The call is open to individuals and collectives based in the Indian Himalayan Region(including Jammu & Kashmir, Ladakh, Uttarakhand, Himachal Pradesh, Arunachal Pradesh, the Northeastern states, and the Kalimpong-Darjeeling region of North Bengal).
