About the Workshop, dates, place and organizers: a) OFFLINE – Between Transits and Journeys is the third Triangle Network (trianglenetwork.org) workshop held in Portugal. The workshop follows this international network model, i.e., gather for a period of two weeks a group of local and international artists (in equal numbers) allowing them to work collectively and the exchange of artistic, process and cultural experiences. A program of presentations, seminars and an Open Day completes the workshop’s activities and give support and visibility to the work in progress. Open call for Research Fellowship 2013 for an Indian and Turki Artists

Delfina Foundation is inviting applicants from India and Turkey for the Research Fellowship 2013, which is in partnership with Iniva (Institute of International Visual Arts) and Goldsmiths College’s Department of Visual Cultures and the PhD Program in Curatorial/Knowledge. The Foundation for Indian Contemporary Art is supporting a research fellow from India to be in residence alongside a participant from Turkey supported by SAHA. Please note that Indian participants should apply directly to FICA and applicants from Turkey should apply to Delfina Foundation. GOVERNMENT OF INDIA MINISTRY OF CULTURE SCHEME FOR AWARD OF SCHOLARSHIPS TO YOUNG ARTISTES IN DIFFERENT CULTURAL FIELDS FOR THE YEAR 2012-13 30 th June, 2013 is the last date for submission of applications.           Ministry of Culture operates the Scheme for Award of Scholarships to Young Artistes in Different Cultural Fields to support advanced training, within India, to young artistes of outstanding promise in the fields of Indian Classical Music, Indian Classical Dances, Light Classical Music, Theatre, Visual Arts and Folk, Traditional and Indigenous Arts. SACATAR IS HOLDING A SPECIAL SELECTION PROCESS FOR DANCERS AND CHOREOGRAPHERS LIVING IN THE USA

THE ON-LINE APPLICATIONS MUST BE RECEIVED NO LATER THAN 16 SEPTEMBER 2013   APPLICATIONS NOW OPEN SACATAR IS HOLDING A SPECIAL SELECTION PROCESS FOR DANCERS AND CHOREOGRAPHERS LIVING IN THE USA    In partnership with Dance/USA Philadelphia, Sacatar is accepting applications from dancers/choreographers living in the USA (American citizens and legal residents). Sacatar will accept applications for solo work and for small ensembles of up to three dancers.  Selected artists will be hosted for eight-week residency sessions to be scheduled throughout 2014 and will receive:   • International airfare between the USA and Salvador, Bahia, Brazil • A private room with attached bath • Exclusive use of the dance studio • Meals • Logistic support In addition, each awarded artist from Philadelphia will receive a stipend of US$1,000.00 from Dance/UP.
